Dielectric continues to add capacity and increase efficiency for superior customer results

Menomonee Falls, WI – October 6, 2016 – Dielectric Corporation boosted its production capacity with the recent acquisition of three new technologically advanced machining centers:

  • a Brother Speedio R650X1 large-part platform, high-torque, pallet-changing vertical machining center. This equipment features a high-speed, two-face pallet changer and large jig area for efficient machining of large parts.
  • a DMG Mori NLX 2500/700 turning and milling center. A high-rigidity CNC lathe, this machine is designed for high-precision machining of simple to complex parts.
  • a Haas UMC 750SS Super-Speed, Five-Axis Vertical Machining Center. This machining center with 30” x 20” x 20” (x,y,z) travels and an integrated high-speed 2-axis trunnion table enables high-speed, high-power machining of large, complex parts.

"The addition of this equipment further enhances our capabilities and enables us to provide our customers with high-quality, high-tolerance parts produced with maximum efficiency," says Perry Pabich, Chief Operating Officer.
