Characteristics

Formex® is a cost-effective electrical insulator and barrier.  It can be die cut, heat formed, thermoformed and machined. Formex® can be folded repeatedly without cracking or splitting. It can also be scored and folded to fabricate 3-D parts.

Formex® offers superior dielectric strength and chemical resistance. It has a UL 94V-O flame class rating and can withstand continuous use temperatures up to 239 degrees Fahrenheit.
